Objective to explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 98 cases of severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2016 period were divided in two groups,of which 49 cases received evidencebased nursing of patients as the observation group, while 49 cases underwent routine nursing of patients as the control group,to observe the clinical nursing effect of the two groups of patients, treatment, complications and psychological recovery state. Results Compared with the control group, nursing observation group of patients with effective rate(91.8%,71.6%) is relatively high, and the incidence of complications(4.1% 18.4%) is relatively lower, the hospitalization time [(7.29 + 1.86) d (11.75 + 4.69) d] is relatively shorter, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Before nursing, physiological state and psychological state of patients in two groups were similar, the APACHE score,HAMA score and HAMD score comparison was not statistically significant(P 0.05); nursing after physiological state and psychological state of the two groups of patients were improved significantly, the APACHE score, HAMA score and HAMD score decreased significantly(P 0.05),the patients in the observation group the APACHE score [(9.71 + 2.93)% (16.14 + 6.25)%], HAMA score [(9.35 + 2.86)% (14.17 + 3.67) points and HAMD score [(10.13 + 2.43) d (16.82 + 2.93) d] was significantly lower than the control group had significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis has a significant effect, and it has a positive impact on the treatment and rehabilitation of patients, and it is recommended to be popularized in clinical practice.
