Compared with the control group, these indexes have significant advantages. Conclusion in treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure, the clinical oral irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide and metoprolol as the main method of emergency internal medicine with the conventional treatment combined with application can improve treatment efficacy, reduce the recurrence of the disease and death rate and prolong the life span of the elderly.
