Clinical Analysis of Prevention and Treatment of Hemorrhage After Cesarean Section in High Risk Pregnant Women

Objective to study the clinical effect of the prevention and treatment of bleeding after cesarean section in high risk pregnant women.Methods 72 cases of high-risk pregnant women in our hospital from May 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the observation object, and were randomly divided into Group I and group II.36 cases of the Group Iaccepted carboprost treatment while 36 cases of Group II received oxytocin treatment and treatment effects were compared.Results in this study,the difference of maternal bleeding during operation, of, postpartum hemorrhage two hours after operation and postpartum hemorrhage after 24 hoursof the two groups has statistical significance(P0.05). Compared the the HR, SBP and other conventional data of the two groups after taking pills,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion in prevention of high-risk maternal cesarean section and postoperative bleeding.carboprost has good application value,can help improve maternal bleeding symptoms, prove good hemostatic effect and high safety, and lay a foundation of further prognosis guarantee and can be further promoted in clinical practice.
