Clinical Analysis of Azithromycin in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

Objective to investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 108 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from August 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the research object and were divided into the observation group(54 cases) and control group(54 cases) and then observed the clinical therapeutic effect、clinical symptoms improved situation and adverse drug reactions of these two groups.Results compared with the control group,the treatment efficiency of the observation groupwas(92.6% 79.6%), higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions(27.8% 7.4%) was lower, and the difference was significant(P 0.05).Compared with the control group,the pyretolysis time [(3.65 + 1.57) d (4.58 + 1.82) d], cough symptoms disappeared time [(3.19 + 0.37) d (4.76 + 1.05) d] and pulmonary rales disappeared time [(5.69 + 2.13) d (8.02 + 2.73) d] of the observation groupwas relatively shorter,andthe difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion in the clinical treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,azithromycin is more safe and effective and has a high clinical value.
