Clinical Analysis of the Causes of Postpartum Hemorrhage and Related Risk Factors

Objective to explore the causes of postpartum hemorrhage and related risk factors.Methods 48 patients of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from April 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the research object.By using logistic regression method for the screening of risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage,general data of the 48 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Volumetric method and weighing method were used to determine the amount of bleeding,and single factor analysis showed that age, parity, mode of delivery,gestational hypertension,uterine inertia,Placenta Adhesion or implantation(or) retained placenta,placental abruption,postpartum hemorrhage rate related to potpartum hemorrhage hadstatistical significance(P 0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the uterine inertia,placenta previa,Placenta Adhesion or implantation(or) retained placenta,cesarean section werethe main risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage.Conclusion Postpartum hemorrhage is related to many factors,in order to prevent postpartum hemorrhage,hospital shouldstrengthen the maternal health care knowledge,pregnant women should learn more about the knowledge of postpartum hemorrhage,and doctors need to accurately grasp the indications of cesarean section.Throughthis joint efforts,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage can be reduced and ensure maternal and child health.
