Yu Chao;Dandong Number Hospital;
Objective to analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic common bile duct stone removal in the treatment of gallbladder stone with common bile duct stones.Methods 78 cases of patients in our hospital with gallstone and common bile duct stones were selected from October 2015 to October 2016 as samples,and were divided into experimental group and control group with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery,the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic common bile duct.The thesis observed the surgery and hospitalization condition, adverse reactions and effectiveness of patients from these two groups with.Statistical software SPSS18.0 was used to process data.Results The experimental group operation time was(82.3 + 10.1) min;the amount of bleeding during operation was(100.4 + 25.2) mL; hospitalization time was(6.5 + 1.4) d;postoperative pain rate was 10.26%,the incidence of non-performing rate was 2.56%; and the effective rate was 97.44%. Compared with the control group, the advantage was significant.Conclusion The laparoscopic choledocholithotomy for treating cholecystolithiasis with common bile duct stones can be usedto shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of patients,reduce bleeding during operation, reduce the incidence rate of postoperative pain and adverse reaction,and improve the treatment efficiency.
