The Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment of Long Bone Fracture Caused By High Energy Trauma

84 cases of surgical patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were included in this study,including a total of 42 patients with high-energy trauma fractures,and a total of 42 patients with fracture caused by low-energy trauma.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.After treatment,the satisfactory effect rate of the high-energy trauma was 83.33%,and the incidence rate of postoperative complications was 14.29%.T he satisfactory effect of the low-energy group was 92.86% and the incidence rate of complications was about 4.76%.High energy trauma caused by the operation of long bone fracture is complicated,and the operation is difficult,but in the actual choice of appropriate surgical methods,the ideal clinical effect can also be obtained and theincidence of complications rate can be reduced.
