Current Research on the Pathogenesis and Prevention of Postoperative Pulmonary Complications of Lung Cancer

Clinical treatment of lung cancer include:surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,etc.,of which surgical treatment is still the most common and most effective treatment.However,the incidence of postoperative complications of lung cancer is comparatively higher,the incidence of complications will not only prolong hospitalization period,reduce the therapeutic effect of the tumor,but also reduce the lifetimeof patients.Common complications include atelectasis,pulmonary infection,arrhythmia, respiratory failure, bronchopleural fistula,and chest bleeding. Postoperative complications have a serious impact on surgical outcome. This article reviews the pathogenesis, prophylaxis and therapeutics of postoperative pulmonary complications of Lung Cancer.
