Numerical simulation of field displacement of head during forming for H-Beam

In order to increase the ratio of H-Beam's finish product with the method of universal,the dynamic finite ele- ment analysis model for biting process of H-beam was established with the method of nonlinear finite element.Based on the condition of preset roiling regulations of H-beam,the distribution of displacement filed was simulated for the deformation of H-Beam's head in initial stage and the bite stage during biting process.The results indicate that the thickness of head filed in web of H-beam presents the corrugation distribution of both sides thicker and the head section presents typical tongue shape after forming for H-beam.The research achievements can provide the theoretical basis for accurate crop end length of H-beam finish product.
