Effect of Hippophae salicifolia Seed Oil on Anti-aging Ability in Mice after Endeavouring Exercise

In order to explore the effect of Hippophae salicifolia seed oil on the anti-aging ability in mice after endeavouring exercise,we extracted the Hippophae salicifolia seed oil using the water replacing method.And the anti-aging ability in mice was verified by feeding the Hippophae salicifolia seed oil.The 50 mice were divided into five groups,such as normal group,model group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group.The D-gal was used to accelerate the aging of mice except the normal group.In the low dose group,the middle dose group and the high dose group,the mice were given the corresponding dose Hippophae salicifolia seed oil by the gavage method.The model group mice were injected with normal saline.The experimental results showed that compared with normal group,the liver indexes of low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group showed no significant changes(P0.05).Compared with normal group,the liver indexes of model group had significant drops(P0.05).The liver indexes in low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group had no significant changes(P 0.05).And the MDA concentrations of these groups were higher than that in normal group.For the model group,the MDA content achieved remarkable decline(P0.05).The SOD activities in low,middle and high dose groups had no significant changes(P0.05),compared with normal group.The SOD activity in model group droped significantly(P0.05).Furthermore,there were no side effects during the experiment.Therefore,the Hippophae salicifoliaseed oil has a certain effect on anti-aging ability and security in mice under endeavouring exercise.
