Drug Resistance Test and Resistance Gene Detection of E.coli Isolated from Dairy Cow Mastitis in a Dairy Farm in Jinzhou

YU Chang-yong;Liaoning Center for Animal Epidemic Disease Prevention and Control;
To investigate the drug resistance situation of pathogenic bacteria in clinical mastitis of dairy breeding farm in Jinzhou,the milk were sampled and the pathogenic bacteria were isolated,and drug sensitivity tests were carried out,and resistance genes were screened.The results showed that the main pathogen was E.coli,36 strains were obtained.And drug sensitivity test showed that isolates were highly resistant to sulfanilamide and sensitive to ceftiofur and cefazolin.The isolation rate of sul1,sul2 and sul3 resistance genes were 76.0% ,17.1% and 0% respectively,suggesting that sul1 gene was the main resistance gene of sulfonamides in E.coli isolates.
