In order to understand the pharmacodynamic action of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis granule through the mouse gastrointestinal peristalsis test, the mouse diarrhea test, the anti-inflammatory test and the analgesic test, the pharmacodynamic action of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis granule was studied. The results showed that compared with the blank control group,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis granule could significantly reduce the number of diarrhea in mice induced by castor oil(P0.01),there was a significant inhibitory effect on gastric emptying in normal mice(P0.01),the swelling rate of mouse auricles induced by xylene was significantly decreased(P0.01),and significantly increase the threshold of heat tolerance pain in mice(P0.01).Radix Sophorae Flavescentis granule has the effect of relieving diarrhea, regulating gastrointestinal peristalsis, resisting inflammation and relieving pain.
