Porcine intestinal immune system plays an important role in the body defense function. The pig's intestinal immune system is more susceptible to a variety of factors due to the large-scale centralized farming patterns that people use now.Stress is one of the most important factors that affect the pig's intestinal system and cause the growth performance decreased and the systemic immunity of the whole body or the gastrointestinal tract weakened, and then the pig industry suffered significant economic losses. Therefore, the study of the influence of stress on pig intestinal immune system is of great significance to guide the actual production. This review summarized current studies on the composition and function of porcine intestinal immune system and the effects of various stresses on the intestinal immune system of pigs to provide theoretical basis and guidance for improving pig immunity and growth performance caused by stress in pig industry.
