A dog case with the clinical symptoms, including multiple subcutaneous nodules in the whole body, partial surface ulceration and poor prognosis after the treatment with antibiotics, was analysed. The yellow exudant squeezed from the nodules was found. No obvious pain was confirmed through careful palpation.X-ray detection showed the respiratory bronchiolitis associated with interstitial lung disease in lungs.Cytologic examination demonstrated that massive neutrophils, small quantity of macrophages and many protein-like materials existed in the skin lesions.Histopathology examination showed that purulent granuloma and panniculitis occurred in the lesions. The skin purulent granuloma with panniculitis was the final diagnosis. This dog almost cured when treated by the use of oral prednisolone after six weeks.
