Development and Application of Indirect ELISA Antibody Detection Kit for Porcine Circovirus 2

Using the purified Cap recombinant protein as coating antigen,the indirect ELISA method was established and optimized for the ELISA test kit.And compared with the benchmarking products,the sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate of the established ELISA method were 97.8%,92.8% and 95%.The variant coefficient of ELISA test kit in intra and interbatches were less than 10%.It had good reproducibility in the ELISA test kit.It showed 82.2% positive(sows 100% positive and offspring 73.3% positive)in farm A and 98.3%positive(sows 100%positive and offspring 97.7%positive)in farm B.The level of antibody of sows was higher than that of offspring in farm B.So it was helpful for detecting wild infection and antibody levels in vaccinated by the ELISA.
