Effects of Aerobic Exercise on Acute Myocardial Ischemia in Rats by Regulating MAPK Signaling Pathway

To study the effects of aerobic exercise on acute myocardial ischemia in rats by regulating MAPK signaling pathway,thirty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group(n=10),acute exhaustive group(n=10)and aerobic exercise group(n=10).The control group had no motor treatment.In the acute exhaustive group,weight-bearing(exhaustive)swimming was adopted,and swimming without load(aerobic)was used in the aerobic exercise group,both lasted for 14 days.The ear vein blood of rats was collected before and after the experiment.The changes of serum creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)contents were measured in rats.The expressions of ERK and p38 MAPK proteins in MAPK signaling pathway were detected by Western blot.Compared with the control group,serum CK and LDH levels increased significantly in the acute exhaustive group;and compared with the acute exhaustive group,serum CK content decreased in the aerobic exercise group;compared with the control group,ERK and P38 in myocardial tissue of rats increased in the acute exhaustive group;expressions of ERK and P38 decreased in the aerobic exercise group than those in the acute exhaustive group.Aerobic exercise has a protective effect on acute exhaustive heart injury,which may be achieved by inhibiting the expression levels of ERK and p38 in the MAPK signaling pathway.
