The Rule of the Law in Yungui Chieftain Prior to the Bureaucratization of Native Officers from the End of Ming Dynasty to Yongzheng Period in Qing Dynasty

Prior to the Bureaucratization of Native Officers from the End of Ming Dynasty to Yongzheng Period in Qing Dynasty,the rule of the law in Yungui chieftains existed serious problems as followings,the illegal actions of the chieftains,the ravaging of overlords of barbarians and savage Miao,the dereliction of the officials and the local government's corruptions,etc.Therefore,Yongzheng and his secretary,Ertai surveyed these problems and confirmed thoroughfare innovating ways prior to the overall bureaucratization of Native Officers.
