The Scholars' Exploration on Japanese Ancient Epigraphy in Qing Dynasty

During the period of Edo and Meiji,being in the upheavals of the social reform,the ideology of"departing from Asia for Europe"deeply implanted into the commons'heart,in result,Japanese scholars paid less attention to the"Uneo Three Monuments",instead,Chinese Scholars in Qing Dynasty shows great enthusiasm on it.Some scholars who received the rubbings of the inscription from their friends treated it as treasures,thereafter published their ideas on those inscriptions.Some scholars investigated on spot and collected the related data,and compiled the epigraphy works,and gained the leading achievements,which deserves to be explored and studied in nowadays.
