Dynamic Mathematics Model of Industrial Boilers for Control System Study

A set of dynamic mathematics model of industrial boilers is proposed here. Its construction is designed for the study of industrial boiler control system. The range of model parameters is given for trarelling-grate boilers. A set of qualitative simulation tests shows that the model can express a general industrial boiler and can be used as a process model applied to new control system study or as a test model for preparatory setting of boiler control computer system before field test.
