Effects of Sintering Additives on Properties of (Bi_(1.5)Zn_(1.0)Nb_(1.5))O_7 Microwave Dielectric Ceramics

Bi1.5Zn1.0Nb1.5)O7 ceramic samples were prepared by solid state reaction and were explored by XRD,SEM and LCRtesting analyzer.The effects of sintering additives on the sinterability and dielectric properties of (Bi1.5Zn1.0Nb1.5)O7 were investigated. The experiment results show that the sintering temperature of ceramic samples is lower than 950℃ and the ceramic samples with dielectric constant εr =152~168 and dielectric loss tgδ = 0.003~0.007(2 MHz) are obtained. The major phase of (Bi1.5Zn1.0Nb1.5)O7 ceramics which have sintering additives is pyrochlore, but Zn3Nb2O8 and ZnO phase is found。
