Front silver paste of crystalline silicon solar cells for no-mesh network version

Organic carrier was developed by heating in water-bath, and the front silver paste of crystalline silicon solar cell was prepared by using above organic carrier. The effect of organic carrier on the ratio of height to width of the grid lines was studied. The relationship between the efficiency of the solar cells and glass systems was analyzed. With the help of scanning electron microscope(SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry(TGA/DSC), it is found that, the efficiency of the solar cells is closely related with the surface topography of the grid lines, glass frits of paste and square resistance of silicon cells. In order to improve the efficiency of solar cells, it is necessary to select a front silver paste which printed well on the no-mesh network version, and it is necessary to adjust the square resistance of solar cells to match the front silver paste.
