Research on seismic intensity attenuation relationship of three partitions of Anhui Province

Based on the opinion of fault block theory, Anhui is divided into three partitions, North China block, Qinling-Dabie fault-fold belt and Lower Yangtze block. Using 53 isoseismic profile of 24 earthquakes of magnitude 4 and above in Anhui and neighboring region, fitting with the method of multiple linear regression, the seismic intensity attenuation relationship of three partitions in Anhui are obtained. The seismic intensity attenuation relationship of the three partitions also compared with that of eastern China. It showed that the seismic intensity attenuation relationship of the three partitions had certain rationality. But being limited to the factor of information, the result needs to be further improved.
