Internet is the fundamental environment of bottom layer for NCW.Driven by huge commercial and military demands,NGI technology,focusing on IPv6 protocol while taking grid technology as its representative,comes forth.It is its advent that breaks through the information island and provides conditions for the implementation of the information communication between different requests at any point all over the world from the view point of the structure.This brings the new angles of view and new concepts to the constrution of the information system centered around the network.
