Simulation Research on PWM Circuit of Boost Zero Voltage Conversion

Boost type zero voltage switching PWM circuit is studied, and the working principle is inferred according to the working principle diagram and working waveform for the zero voltage switching PWM circuit, and then the simulation is carried out to validate the theoretical analysis. The simulation results show that the main switches can realize zero voltage switching, and can save the opening loss, and also improve the efficiency of the converter.
