Research on brushless servo drive control based on rotating transformer

This paper designs a rotary transformer based on detecting rotor position of Brushless DC motor and reversing function of digital servo actuator system, using TMS320F2812 as the core of the control system, the basic working principle of the cosine type rotary transformer at the same time, the design of the interface circuit of rotary transformer and DSP and drives and related peripheral circuit, and using the special resolver decoding module to realize the motor commutation position information solution. The experimental results show that the improved steering gear control circuit can realize the function of servo system and overcome the shortcomings of the original Holzer commutation system.
