The Research on Atmosphere Sinter of the Posive Temperature Coefficient Resistivity

The effect of different sinter atmosphere on the properties of the positive temperature coefficient resistivity(RTCR) is researched. The room temperature resistivity(ρ 0) of RTCR sintered under CO 2 atmosphere is reduced nearly 50 percent, but other preperties don′t vary remarkly. So sintering under CO 2 atmosphere is an effective process method for achieving low resistivity.
