TEM study on secondary phase crystallized in amorphous alloy( Fe_(0.99)Mo_(0.01))_(78)Si_9B_(13)blasted by shock wave

After (Fe 0 99 Mo 0 01 ) 78 Si 9B 13 amorphous soft magnetic alloy was blasted by shock wave,amorphous phases were transited into α Fe(Si,Mo) primary crystalline phase and secondary phase in nanometer size. Secondary phase was minutely studied by means of electron diffraction(ED). Single crystal ED pattern of the phases was indexed by powder diffraction file(PDF)data of substance Fe 2B et al.,so that the result has large deviation. Through a great deal of computation of experimental data,secondary phase was confirmed as (Fe, Si) 2B, where Si as solute atom substitute dissolved in Fe 2B. Its lattice constants are a = 0 48950nm, c = 0 88023nm.This is different from Fe 2B, Si solute composition was estimated at 10 7%.
