Comparison and optimization of the conventional methods for yeast sample preparation for transmission electron microscopy

Sample preparation for transmission electron microscopy is the most important step to preserve the biological ultrastructure.In this study,yeast cells were treated with different buffers,and dehydrated in different time periods at different temperatures. By morphological comparison,we got an optimized strategy for conventional method for yeast cell sample preparation for transmission electron microscopy.
