Design of A High Power Factor and High-Power Power Supply to Drive LED Lights

With the development status of LED power supply,this article introduces a programme in the case of high power for LED lights.The article introduces a design of half-bridge LLC resonant based on PLC810PG for LED lights switching power supply.This design realizes factor correction and improved work efficiency by soft switching.In the article,the main circuit and control circuit are designed in theory and the related circuit parameters are estimated.Finally experimental studies show that the system design is feasible and the basic performance to meet design requirements.
