Design of Magnetic Navigation AGV Control System Based on STM32

Aiming at the problems of inconvenient and low stability of the existing Automated Guided Vehicle(abbreviated as AGV)control system,an AGV control scheme based on ARM Cortex-M3 kernel STM32 single chip microcomputer is proposed.The modular design concept was used to design the dual MCU architecture.Through peripheral module hardware design and software program writing,wireless communication with the host computer,peripheral device data collection and control,and industrial touch screen display status information were implemented.Motion control adopts incremental PI algorithm to realize the control of AGV brushless DC motor;use RS232 communication to complete communication between AGV and industrial touch screen,realize human-computer interaction function;and realize communication between AGV main control board and path identification control board based on CAN bus At the same time designed based on C# data visualization interface,to facilitate management personnel to monitor AGV.The actual test at the scene,the system is stable and reliable.
