Application of Multi-gas Mixing Technology in Thermal Storage Oxidation and Power Generation of Low Concentration Gas in Gaohe Coal Mine

In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the low concentration gas thermal storage and oxidation generator set in Gaohe Coal Mine,achieve the goal of reducing the cost and increasing efficiency on power generation,it is necessary to mix the coal mine ventilation air methane and extraction gas in a safe,stable,uniform and effective way. Using multi-gas mixing technology based on dynamic continuous mixing system,the influence law between mixing system and parameter characteristics such as gas flow,pressure and concentration was analyzed. According to the influence of each pipe sensor and valve regulation on mixing,effective operation process and key technical parameters were obtained. The results showed that on account of mixing technology based on dynamic continuous mixing system,the mixing system( the system is not shut down and in stable operation,such as oxidation furnace RTO,boiler,steam turbine,generator set and power grid),is free to switch and combine all roads of gas sources. It can ensure the stable operation of the gas generator set,reduce the running cost and increase the revenue from generating electricity.
