Grouting Technology and Application of Roadway Driving on Lower Slice through Coal Seam Roof Pressure Crushing Zone

In view of the problem that the bolting anchoring force and pre-tightening force can't up to standard,roof is easy to fall and collapse in the process of tunneling,which caused by the crushing of roadway roof in the working face of the lower slice coal roadway. In order to eliminate the hidden danger and improve the driving efficiency as well as the stability of roadway surrounding rock,the pre-grouting technology was used during the excavation process of Ⅲ1216 roadway in No. 3 coal seam in Yuecheng Coal Mine in Qinxiu Company. The construction parameters and grouting process of bore grouting were introduced. The field application results showed that the integrity and strength of coal seam roof in front of the working face was increased by pre-grouting,and the stress state of the roof was also changed,at the same time,the safety of driving in crushing zone of overburden coal in working face was improved. As a result,the efficiency of single-class driving was increased by200%,the overall driving speed of the roadway was increased by 20%.
