Analysis and Solution for Freezing at the Extension Part of the Cryogenic Valve for Ethylene Equipments

Introduces the causes and hazards due to freezing at the extension part of the cryogenic valve applied in the ethylene unit during the production process. By the finite element analysis method,analyzes and verifies the feasibility of mounting radial heat sink at the extension part of the valve stem,puts forward a method of mounting radial heat sink above the drop plate,namely above the extension part of the valve stem,to increase the mass transfer and heat transfer surface area,to avoid freezing.
