Preliminary Study on Methods of Treating Seeds of phoebe zhennana

Zhu Dingjun(Gaoluo Forestry Administrative Station of Xuanen County Forestry Bureau in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture Enshi 445500)  
phoebe zhennanagermplasm resources are limited,the main purpose of test that how to take full advantage of existing germplasm resources of rare species propagation.On the condition of constant temperature of 24 ℃,tests of seed soaking and accelerating germination of it was made with different concentrations of gibberellin after different days of stratification.The results showed that the seeds were soaked and stratified for 50 days with the concentration of 900 mg/L gibberellin,whose germination rate reached up to 92%.In addition,it showed significant difference in contrast with the control group,the suiable seed treatment can significantly improve its germination rate.
