Effects of 6-BA Solution on Growth of Camellia oleifera Container Seedlings

Effects of different concentrations of 6-BA solution on growth of Camellia oleifera container seedlings was studied through single factor experiment designing method.The treatments with6-BA solution of different mass fraction(300,400,500,600,700,800,900 mg/L)and distilled water were conducted and each treatment was repeated three times and 2-year-old Camellia oleifera container seedlings were used as experimental materials.The results showed that the growth of spring shoots of Camellia oleifera container seedlings treated with 6-BA solution of different mass fraction showed significant and obviously significant difference;The effect of 6-BA solution of mass fraction(700 mg/L)on the length of spring shoots and quantity of young leaves was the most obvious;The effect of 6-BA solution of mass fraction(600 mg/L)on the quantity of bud and ground diameter of Camellia oleifera container seedlings was the most obvious.
