Different Concentrations of CaCl_2 on Cold Resistance of Yichang Runan Seedling

In this paper,the effects of different concentrations of CaCl_2 on malondialdehyde(MDA)content,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of Yunnan seedling in Yichang were studied by using the temperature control system under the condition of low temperature stress.The activity of chlorophyll,the content of chlorophyll and the ABA content of the hormone were studied.The mechanism of CaCl_2 on the cold resistance of Runon seedling was explored.The results showed that:(1)The content of chlorophyll was the highest when spraying 5 mmol/LCaCl_2 at-5℃.(2)The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was the highest when spraying 25 mmol/LCaCl_2 at 5℃ under the condition of 5℃.(3)The content of soluble protein was increased by spraying CaCl_2 under the condition of low temperature stress.(4)The content of soluble sugar was the highest when spraying 25 mmol/LCaCl_2 at-5℃.(5)The activity of SOD and POD could be increased by spraying CaCl_2 under the condition of low temperature stress,and the activity of SOD was the highest after spraying with5 mmol/LCaCl_2 at 0 ℃.The activity of POD was the highest after spraying 5 mmol/LCaCl_2 at-5℃.(6)The content of ABA was increased by spraying CaCl_2 under the condition of low temperature stress,and the content of ABA was the highest at 5℃ for 5 mmol/LCaCl_2.
