Objective To investigate the effect of three endoscopes(laparoscopy, choledochoscopy and duodenal endoscopy)combined with nasobiliary tube drainage in the treatment of bile duct stones. Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with bile duct stones were retrospectively analyzed, and the expenses of hospitalization, volume of biliary and abdominal drainage, and retention time of bile drainage tube were analyzed. Results In the LCBDE group,32 cases underwent laparoscopic bile duct exploration successfully. In three endoscopes combined with nasal biliary drainage group,31 of them were operated successfully, and 1 case was given T tube drainage.Transient amylase elevation occurred in 2 patients without pancreatitis. As compared with the LCBDE group, the expenses in the three-endoscope group were significantly increased, the volume of biliary drainage was significantly decreased, and the bile drainage tube removal time was significantly shortened(P0.05 for all). There was no significant difference in the volume of abdominal drainage between two groups(P0.05).ConclusionsWith less trauma, less pain, faster postoperative recovery and no serious complications,it is a good choice to manage bile duct stones with three endoscopes combined with nasobiliary tube drainage.
