The expression of Smad2,Erk2,and NF-k B in endometrium of patient with intrauterine adhesion

Objective To explore the Smad2,Erk2 and NF-k B expressions in endometrium of patient with intrauterine adhesion and normal people, and to analyze the correlation between their expressions and the occurrence of intrauterine adhesion. Methods 58 patients with intrauterine adhesion from February 2016 to February 2017 in the Harbin Red Cross Central Hospital were enrolled as the study group and 30 healthy women as the control group. RT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of Smad2,Erk2 and NF-k B in endometrium of the two groups. Results The expression of Smad2 and Erk2 in the study group( χ~2= 17. 683,P = 0. 000) was significantly higher than the control group( χ~2= 29. 031,P = 0. 001). But the expression of NF-k B was significantly lower than the control group( χ~2= 13. 470, P = 0. 000). The expressions of Smad2 and Erk2 had positive correlation in the study group. Conclusions The abnormal expressiona of Smad2,Erk2 and NF-k B in the endometrium may take part in the occurrence of intrauterine adhesion. The over-expression of Smad2 in TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway may promote the development of intrauterine adhesion.
