Building Energy Surveys and Analysis of a Hotel in Changsha

LI Shang-mei,FU Jun-ping (College of Energy and Power Engineering,Changsha University of Science & Technology,Changsha 410114,China)
There is a survey on the building energy consumption for a hotel in Changsha, analyzing its electricity and air-conditioning energy consumption. The results from the analysis and testing show that: In the whole building energy consumption, the conditioning energy consumption accounted for about 50% of the total energy consumption; electricity consumption peak of the building and air-conditioning con-centrated from June to August. The large gap exists between the designed value and practical operation value of refrigeration system, the actu-al cooling capacity is far less than the specified value;?It is unreasonable for design in water system,so there is the phenomenon of large flux and low temperature difference. And various problems on the design, operation and management of the air-conditioning system are expound-ed.In the hotel, the greatest potential energy-saving system is air-conditioning system in the entire operation, and refrigerator and pumps have the greatest impact on the air-conditioning energy consumption.
