Investigation and Analysis on Influence Factors Affecting Residential Energy Consumption in Shanghai

The energy consumptions of the residential buildings are analyzed,based on the questionnaire of 350 residents in Shanghai.The questionnaire consists of many factors which affect the energy consumption of residential buildings,such as the types of the building,the ages of the buildings,the income levels of the residents,etc.Based on the data collected,the factors which affect the energy consumption of the residential buildings are listed in order of the influence,proposing the energy saving advices.
