Cell Gap Controlling of the Flexible LCD Cell Using Photoresist Materials

With the development of display technology,flexible display has become an important research direction.During the fabrication of the flexible liquid crystal display(FLCD) device,how to control the cell gap uniformly and stably is a crucial issue since the bead spacer is not suitable for the plastic substrate.In order to solve this problem,photoresist material is used to fabricate the spacer stanchion with photolithography technology.FLCD cell gap is maintained by this photo spacer.The topography and cell gap are measured to characterize the effect of the photo spacer.
