The Closed-Loop Supply Chain Decision with Carbon Emission Limits Based on Dual Channel Sales and Recycling under Government Subsidies

In government subsidies,for closed-loop supply chain with dual channel sales and recycling,government and supply chain decisions without carbon emission constraints and with carbon emissions constraints are studied,comparative analysis of decision results under two situations is performed,the influence of the government subsidies,carbon emissions cap and carbon emission ratio on the decision of closed-loop supply chain is analyzed.It is shown that the optimal government subsidy,the optimal pricing and the optimal recycling amount with governmental emissions policy are higher than those without governmental emissions policy,the total carbon emissions amount with governmental emissions policy is lower than that without governmental emissions policy;When the government subsidies are increased,the optimal pricing are increased,the carbon emissions of the supply chain members is effectively reduced;If the government reduced carbon emissions limits,the government subsidies and the carbon trading price are increased,the recycling amount of waste products is increased,the carbon emissions of supply chain members are reduced.
