DETECTION AND FORMING OF CaSb_2O_6 IN HALOCALCIUMPHOSPHATE

In order to detect impurity phase-CaSb2O6, the emission spectrum of calciumhalophosphate changed with different exciting wavelength is developed. Some calciumhalophosphate phosphors with various amount of CaSb2O6 are detected. The forming of CaSb2O6 is discussed by above detection. From experimental data, it is abtained that over-amount of Sb and a firing temperature about, 850℃ are two main factors which influence the forming of CaSb2O6.
