Temperature Dependence of Effective Mass of Strong Coupling Magnetopolaron in Polar Crystals Calculated by Different Approximation Methods

Temperature dependence of the effective mass of the strong coupling magnetopolaron in polar crystals are studied by means of an improved linear combination operator method. The temperature characteristic of the effective mass are discussed in detail at different approximation calculation level. The result illustrates that the different approximation calculation level can provided two completely contrary conclusions on temperature dependence of the effective mass of the magnetopolaron.
