THE STUDY ON TIME RESOLVED EMISSION SPECTRA FOR THE LUMINESCENCE OF ZnS∶Cu NANOCRYSTALS/PVA FILMS

In this paper, we report the preparation of copper doped zinc sulphide aqueous colloid and ZnS∶Cu nanocrystals dispersed within PVA polymer film. We study the excitation and emission spectra of ZnS∶Cu PVA polymer film. The measurements of time resolved emission spectra for the luminescence of ZnS∶Cu PVA film at liquid nitrogen temperature (LNT), room temperature (RT). The luminescence show remarkable spectrum shifts at liquid nitrogen temperature. The G Cu luminescence show no spectrum shifts at room temperature. The luminescence process of ZnS∶Cu nanoparticles is discussed.
