STUDY OF INTEGRATED OPTICAL CIRCUIT OF WAVEGUID ACOUSTO OPTIC SPECTRUM ANALYZER

Based on the limite condition of both the frequency and the optical resolving power, an integrated optical circuit of the waveguid acousto optic spectrum analyzer was designed by new accurate formula of analytic theory. The single point diamond machining and a technology for fabricating depression waveguid were used for fabricate the integrated optical circuit of waveguid acousto optic spectrum analyzer with two Φ12mm spherical aberration free aspherical lenses. The experiments show that optical circuit of the device has high quilty for input beam of 8mm width and that the focal point of the both aperture lenses were in the end faces of the left side and right side, respectively, the diffractive spot size in the input side is ≤4μm.
