EFFECT OF PLASMA TREATMENT ON PERFORMANCES AND STABILITY OF ORGANIC THIN FILM ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICE

The effects of plasma treatment on work function of ITO as well as the threshold voltage, luminance and efficiency, expecially the stability of the cell have been investiated. The plasma treatment cause the increase of the work function of ITO, resulting in decrease of threshold voltage, increase of the luminance and the efficiency and the improvement of the stability of the devices.
