Dynamics of Component Biomass of Phragmites australis in Different Habitats in Zhalong Wetland

The biomass dynamics distribution of reed rams in four habitats in Zhalong Wetland were analyzed by using large sampling methods.Result shows that the biomass of the four habitat reed ramet components gradually increase from June to September and decrease again in October.The biomass of each component is highest in aquatic habitats,follows by dry and wet habitats.The saline-alkali habitat is the lowest,and the differences and difference hierarchy are relatively stable.The highest allocation ratio of stem biomass is from 50.6 to 61%,follow by 22.8-28%for leaves,and from 16%to 21.4%for leaf sheaths.The biomass allocation ratio is not significantly different among habitats(P 0.05).The biomass accumulation of reed ramet has stable biological characteristics controlled by genetic factors and ecological characteristics regulated by environmental factors.
