Reconnaissance And Noise Analysis For GPS Observation Network of Fujian Crustal Deformation

WU Shaozu FU Zaiyang (Earthquake Administration of Fujian Province)  
Using continuous observation data of background noises for 24 hours in 4 sites, during the reconnaissance for GPS base stations of Fujian crustal deformation, we calculated and analyzed the signal noise ratios in these sites. Then, we consider that GPS base stations are suitable to be built in Fuzhou, Nanpin, Qiuanzhou and Longyan. It is put forwarded that the results can be used for estimating the capability the instruments, the quite extent of stations and the monitoring capacity of the network. And it provides the references to construct the network.
