Study of judgement basis of lakes resource sustainable utilization

LIU Nian feng,LUO Wei,SONG Zong ze,LIU Bao zhu,TANG Han chun(Wuhan environmental protection institution,Wuhan 430015)  
Based on component of lake resource environmental value and intention of sustainable utilization,six pieces of judgement basis about lake resource sustainable utilization(suburbs small and shallow lakes) were proposed,and sustainable utilization situation of Wuhan Dongda lake water resource was preliminarily analyzed.The paper advanced a new thinking for resources rational allocation and protection in quantitative ma nagement of sustainable development strategy.
